THE STORY

I started making bracelets for my daughters several years ago with positive messages and love notes. These bracelets functioned as wearable reminders for them while away from home. The intention: they would glance down at their wrists to trigger a smile and serve as a way for me to say "I love you"or "you've got this" when I wasn't there to tell them in person. I started gifting customized bracelets to friends and family for birthdays and holidays; perhaps a word of encouragement, or a sentimental song lyric, names of loved ones, or even an inside joke. The word "vibe" was always used when coming up with ideas and that's how the mantra unfolded: WEAR YOUR VIBE, SHARE YOUR VIBE. Friends started to ask for bracelets for their loved ones and requests slowly began to trickle in. The pandemic absolutely played a role.  At a time when people were looking for small ways to share love and encouragement via small tokens and gifts, customized GOLDY bracelets were a unique option.  As the business started to form, the realization that there was often a story behind the chosen words made the process so much more than just beading bracelets.  A connection was happening with each and every order.  My love of gold turned into a staple feature of each bracelet, and the name "GOLDY" was born. The overall aesthetic is a direct reflection of location: a beach town in New Jersey, adding a noticeable coastal vibe to the many designs and color options.  If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask.
